When I registered our concerns, especially with the smells, I was greeted with empty stares. The valets go to bed early and even during the day, you may wait 20-25 minutes, so plan accordingly. Contrary to the pictures on Leading Hotels, there are no balconies on the Hotel rooms-those are only for the residences. The room itself was quite beat up-handles missing from drawers and doors, etc. By the time I managed to get our luggage to the room, I was sickened by the overwhelming stench of garlic and pot. Our first hint of trouble was at check in. We decided to risk the stay based upon its being featured in Leading Hotels of the World. Where to begin? In terms of service and facility, this is one of the World’s Worst Hotels.
